We have speakers at the Abbey Guest House on the 3rd Wednesday at 7.30pm of the 6 winter months: January-April, October and November. In May, June, July and September we organise group garden visits. The annual subscription is £20. The cost of garden visits depends on how much the owners charge.

Simon is the National Specialist for Plant Conservation at the National Trust. He has worked as a forester, land management advisor and arboriculturalist in private, local authority and charity sectors, and was previously Curator and Director at Westonbirt, the National Arboretum. He is the Chair of PlantNetwork, a member of the Plant Conservation Committee of Plant Heritage and a trustee of the charity Tree Aid. He is a contributor to the Trusted Source project.
