Fishing
Dorchester Angling Society offers angling on the River Thame and the River Thames during the open season (16 Jun 2017 to 14 March 2017). We also have a very small stillwater fishery at Meadside which is available all year. The Thame is essentially from the Hurst to Thame Stream Bridge at the junction with the Thamesm and the Thames is at Church Farm for two fields upstream of Days Lock and five fields downstream from Thame Stream Bridge.
Fees per year are £20 for Seniors, £10 for OAP and Concessionary, and £5 for Juniors (up to 16) per season.
Tickets for the season will be available from Lilly’s Teashop in Dorchester, Outdoor Life at the Benson Boatyardm or Didcot Angling in Didcot. Alternatively, they can be obtained by emailing Mike Marriott at michael.marriott1@btinternet.com.
