Beauties and Mysteries of the Burren – A presentation by Stephen Waters and Clive Daws.
Those who have visited the Burren in the west of Ireland know it is a very unique area, with a wide range of remarkably beautiful plants. The region supports Arctic-alpine, Mediterranean and Oceanic plants side by side due to its unusual environment and geology. Over 70% of Ireland’s wild flowers are found there.
