DORCHESTER ON THAMES PARISH COUNCIL
The Parish Council meets in the Village Hall, Queen Street on the second Wednesday of every month commencing at 7.30 p.m.
The Agenda for the meeting is posted on the notice boards outside the Co-Op and the Village Hall three clear days in advance. All residents are welcome to attend Council meetings and, during the first 15 minutes, are encouraged to raise any matters of concern.
The Parish Council is invited to comment on all local planning applications that have been submitted to South Oxfordshire District Council, so residents with any interest in a current application are encouraged to attend the Parish Council meeting or, if they are unable to do so, to inform the Clerk of their views in writing so that their comments can be read out.
