White Hart
As you will know the Dorchester Royal British Legion Branch was suspended two years ago. However, with a number of new and enthusiastic members we believe there is now sufficient support within the village to form a new committee and revive it to a fully constituted Branch again.
Therefore we would like to invite all current Royal British Legion members to a meeting in the White Hart at 7.30pm on Wednesday 18th March to explain what we are planning and to gain your agreement to move forward. There will also be an opportunity for members to express their views on any Legion matters as well as reforming the Branch.
If we are successful we will then be able to continue the Remembrance Day parade as in previous years. If not there will need to be major changes in future Remembrance parades starting November 2020.
Please make a note in your diary and we hope to see you on 18th March.
